Be kind yes, but lets be realistic also
We do love the on-going campaigns about how important it is to be kind to one another, here is one Twitter profile dedicated in promoting kindness.
However let's be realistic, we have some bad news, not everyone is going to be kind to you. You are still going to get people who are going to be incredibly
mean to you, it is a free will thing, people have the right to be kind to you or to be incredibly nasty.
Why are people nasty?
There are a number of reasons why people may not choose to be kind to you, here are a few:
* They haven't got a handle on their own mental health.
* They are frustrated with their lives and take that frustration out on other people.
* Some may even just suffer with psychosis and they do not realise what they are doing.
There are literally so many reasons why someone could be mean to you, it could be that they don't like you because it was something you said, but they have taken it the
wrong way, and a simple mis-understanding can lead to friction between people leading to poor mental health often in terms of anxiety.
It is not all bad news
We have some good news for you. We run a workshop teaching you about anxiety, and how the unconscious and conscious mind works. Understanding how your mental state works can help you avoid
troublesome situations and help you be positive to achieve the goals in life you want to achieve.
If you are someone who is determined, want's to get somewhere in life then don't let nasty people get in your way, learn how to avoid them by putting your mental health first.
Surround yourselves with like minded individuals that have the same values in life that you do, wanting to help one another, to be kind to one another. This will help you achieve
your goals.
