Striding Forwards supporting Make Lunch in Grangetown We have been regularly providing practical support to Make Lunch in Grangetown. Here is a photo of a recent event.  Make Lunch has been setup by Grace Church Cardiff and runs during school holidays mainly over the summer holidays. Striding Forwards decided to support this project because it is a great place for the community to come together being able to talk and share with one another. Talking and sharing can help peoples mental health and we are all for community projects that encourage people to talk.
