We recently took part in a Time to Change Wales Champions Online Discussion The Time to Change Wales campaign is funded by the Welsh Government. It is a campaign that is run by Mind Cymru and Afariad Cymru who manage a network of champions going out and educating the public on what mental illness is and why we should not be afraid of mental health conditions. We recently took part in an online discussion with other champions and talked about a number of topics. Here is a visual of us on that discussion.  |
