 Striding Forwards supporting To Grangetown with Love Striding Forwards has been volunteering for "To Grangetown with Love". This is a community intiative run by Grace Church Cardiff. They required volunteers to help clean up gardens, to litter pick and to help with their annual festival. Here is a photo of litter pickers out in Grangetown removing lots of rubbish from the streets.  We are supporting these community intiatives to show people that volunteering in events like this can help your mental health. At events like this you will be able to make friends, get out and be productive, and feel good about helping the community. Leading by example is important to encourage others. |
